Sharon was the one dealing with my move and she constantly called me to keep me updated, check in, see how things were going and it was sooo appreciated when things had gone quiet. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service from Bohome Estate Agents! My first meeting was with Gary (managing director) who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with tons of experience from previous work in London. He was so respectful, even took his shoes off to view my property! Also Gary took fantastic photos that truly showcased my flat which clearly worked as it sold much faster than expected! Then Sharon was an absolute Superstar, organising every single viewing and making sure that I always got quick honest feedback. After meeting with three different estate agents, I chose Gary and the team because I immediately felt I could trust them. There was no sales pitch or showmanship, just genuine, honest advice from the start. I also really liked their commission-based approach, as it felt like they were just as invested as I was in achieving the best possible price for my home. The whole process was incredibly easy. Communication from everyone was excellent, and the app for managing viewings and receiving feedback was fantastic. I held viewings over just two days, had 13 viewings and received 9 offers, eventually achieving a price I genuinely never expected. I was absolutely blown away. They also recommended a fantastic solicitor, which made the whole transaction even smoother. From beginning to end, I always felt like everything was in hand. Gary and Sharon sold our home very quickly. We were delighted with the photos and marketing materials and Sharon did a wonderful job on the viewings. She also stayed close to the sale throughout the process right until key handover. I can honestly say that BoHome estate agents truly are the best in the business. The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! Selling with Bohome made the process so much easier. Helpful, knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone.  Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference.  Don't just rely on local Estate Agents.  Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in.
